Join us each Thursday for a walk up Mt Gravatt Mountain offers more than just physical movement; it’s a valuable opportunity for mental health and wellbeing. Walking and talking with other women can help reduce feelings of isolation and reconnect us with ourselves and each other. As we gently traverse the forest trail, we can enjoy the calming effects of nature, spot local wildlife like koalas, and foster new friendships. It’s a simple but powerful way to support our overall wellness—mind, body, and spirit—while strengthening our connection to the community and to each other. In a time when many of us are experiencing disconnection, these walks provide a space to breathe, share, and re-establish a sense of belonging.
